At Turrent we attach great importance to protecting your personal data. In this privacy statement we explain which data we collect, why we do so and what your rights are. This statement has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Turrent is a trade name of Nutsconnect B.V. This is a translation of the Dutch privacy statement, and the Dutch version is the binding one.
When you become a client or get in touch with us, we process the following (personal) data:
Company name, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, email address, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce number and IBAN or bank account number.
First name and surname, business email address and business telephone number.
Consumption data for electricity and gas, connection details and supply locations.
We process your data on the basis of the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, your explicit consent or a legitimate interest.
Do you receive our newsletter? You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.
We use analytics data to improve our website. This data is anonymised as far as possible.
We only share your data where that is necessary for our services, for example with IT providers, our accountancy and administration firm, payment service providers and energy partners such as suppliers and metering companies. We conclude data processing agreements with these parties.
We keep invoicing and payment data for 7 years because of the statutory tax retention obligation. We keep consumption data until the end of the client relationship plus 1 year.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw your consent. Send a request to contact@turrent.nl. We respond within five working days.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
